Is GST included?
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Your tax invoice shows the GST component.
What happens after a pay-as-you-go purchase?
Payment is recorded immediately and the purchase is manually fulfilled by your team. One completed assessment is included.
Do candidates pay anything?
Candidate pricing is at the RTO's discretion. The tool itself charges no per-candidate or per-upload fee — whether and how much a candidate is charged is set entirely by the RTO.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Upgrades to Team start immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, and unused pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
